Cancellations & Appointment Changes

Your salon service is especially reserved for you, so we ask that you please allow at least 24 hours advanced notice if you need to reschedule, change or cancel your appointment time.

Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged 50% of the service price.

No-shows, cancellations or changes made within 8 hours of the appointment time will be charged 100% of the service price.

Late arrival for scheduled appointments are at risk at having your appointment time reduced. If the time is reduced, you will still be responsible for the full scheduled appointment. In the case that you are too late to receive your service, you will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service(s).

Visitors, Pets & Age Policy

Due to our limited seating and quest to maintain the salon’s ambiance, the salon space is reserved for guests receiving services only. We are unable to accommodate pets or visitors accompanying guests in the salon or treatment areas including those complying with our age restriction policy.

For the safety of your children and the comfort of our guests, we ask that you refrain from bringing children under the age of 13.

Cell Phones

With guest comfort and tranquility as our main intention, we ask that you please observe our quiet-phone policy while in the salon. We request that you silence or turn your cell phone off prior to entering the salon and that all necessary calls be taken outside.

Gratuities & Payments

The following is a suggestion and of course is up to your personal discretion. We would please like to request that tips and gratuities be made in cash. We graciously except cash, checks, all credit cards and Venmo as forms of payment. Please note that a 3% service charge will be added to all credit card transactions.

Merchandise Returns

If you are unsatisfied with the merchandise you have purchased, you may receive a store credit or an exchange within 15 days of purchase. However, we cannot issue credit for merchandise that has been depleted by 25% or more.
